  1. No Refunds – Exchange Only
    Due to the nature of our jewelry items, we do not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges only under the conditions listed below.
  2. Exchange Eligibility
    Items are eligible for exchange if:
    • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
    • You contact us within 24hours of receiving your order
    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  3. Non-Exchangeable Items
    The following items cannot be exchanged:
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Custom or personalized orders
  4. Exchange Process
    To request an exchange:
    • Send us a message with your order number and clear photo/video proof of the issue
    • Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange
  5. Shipping Costs
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
    • We will cover shipping for the replacement item (if applicable)
  6. Order Issues
    If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve it at no extra cost to you.
